  • Q.Tell us how oRo was created.

    A.
    In January 1999, oRo Ltd. was established with the aim to become a global company that Japan should be proud of. In September 2000, the Company changed its structure to become oRo Company Limited for the purpose of expanding and further developing our business. Originally, we had worked on the entrusted development as our main pillar. After that, we started providing website build-up, management and maintenance services in 2004, and started developing and selling "ZAC" an ERP package (SaaS) in 2006, which have lead to the two main businesses that we are currently working on.
  • Q.How did you decide the company name?

    A.
    We looked for a short and uncommon word in Japanese, allowing us to get our ".com" domain. We selected the three roman letters "oRo" as our company name, with the hope to become a global company. The fact that “oro” means "gold" in Romance languages, is showing our desire to become a company that can win a gold medal at the Olympics.
  • Q.Tell us your main business segment and its strengths.

    A.
    Using our slogan “Technology × Creative” as a base, we have been providing services to strength the internal and external aspects existing in a company, using website and cloud technology.
    1. 1) Cloud Solutions (to strengthen the internal aspects in a company)
      Our main product, "ZAC" is a cloud-type integrated office work system specialized in relatively new and growing business areas such as software, IT services, advertising, website development ,etc., for SME and mid-sized companies, Multiple systems required for sales, purchasing, diligence management, and cost management are all integrated into one system in the cloud in order to use is the integrated operation system, allowing you to see the incomes and expenses by department and project, so that you can make proper business judgment based on the managerial accounting.
      There exist many ERP packages for manufacturing, logistics, retail and construction industries, as well as single task cloud solution system, but our expertise is cloud-type ERP specialized in these industries.
    2. 2) Digital Transformation (to strengthen the external aspects of a company)
      We have provided one-stop services for large-scale companies to make their communication strategies, ranging from making plans to building up and operating solutions. Ability to develop highly reliable system and large scale operation support using near shore and off shore cost management technology are our strength.
      We also have 5 branches in Japan and 7 branches in China, Taiwan and ASEAN countries in total to meet the inbound demand and implement our overseas strategies.
  • Q.Which stock exchange are your shares listed on?

    Our company listed its shares on the Mothers (market of the high-growth and emerging stocks) section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE),
    and that we moved up to the First Section of the TSE in March 26, 2018.
  • Q.What is the securities code of your company?

  • Q.When does your company announce its business results?

    A.

  • Q.When is an investor officially registered as a shareholder for dividend payment?

    A.
    The investor shall be registered at the end of December for the year-end dividend payment. If we pay interim dividends, it shall be at the end of June.
  • Q.Is there any Shareholders Special Benefit Plan?

    No, we do not have any at the moment.
  • Q.How many shares are there in one share unit?

    A.
    There are 100 shares per unit.

  • Q.What should I do for procedures such as a name change or address change?

    A.

  • Q.When will you hold the General Meeting of Shareholders?

    A.
    We hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in late March every year. We will notify the date and venue for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in early March to the shareholders as of December 31 every year. The date and venue of the event will be announced to our shareholders (registered as of December 31) in early March.
  • Q.How can we exercise our voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders?

    We will send a Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and a voting form to the shareholders listed in our shareholders' register by the end of standard date for the General Meeting of Shareholders (as of December 31 for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders). To exercise your voting rights, you may choose to either:
    1. attend the General Meeting of Shareholders with this voting form, or
    2. indicate your vote of approval or disapproval on the voting form, and return it to us.
