Our basic approach to corporate governance is to perpetually operate a corporate structure that is capable of promptly making decisions in response to any changes in our social and economic environment in order to consistently improve ORO’s corporate value.
To achieve this goal, we have been working to strengthen our corporate governance based on the recognition that we should build up a highly transparent and flexible organization and system as well as fulfill our responsibilities for our shareholders and clients who are using our services.
The governance system of sustainability issues
To promote our sustainability initiatives, we have set up the Sustainability Committee chaired by Representative Director, President and CEO.
The Committee has identified material issues, set goals for these materiality categories, developed specific measures, and set and measure KPIs, and then implemented specific measures in phases.
The Committee also reports on and shares the progress of such measures periodically at the Board of Directors’ meetings.

oRo Group Compliance Framework
We explicitly state our commitment to compliance with laws and regulations, prevention of unfair competition, anti-corruption initiatives, and respect for human rights in the oRo Group Compliance Framework. All corporate activities are carried out based on this policy. For more details, please refer to the oRo Group Compliance Framework.
